Submission for the Service Design Student Challenge (in collaboration with Philips). In this project, we are exploring how to design a service that supports people living with eczema. From our research, we found that Eczema is not only a medical condition, it also affects people’s daily lives, confidence, and social interaction. Our focus is especially on women, who often face additional societal and emotional challenges related to their skin condition.
